The Committee has discussed the problem of leaders forgetting to let the Activities Recorder know when an activity has been cancelled. Leaders need to send the sign on sheet with “cancelled” written on it, or send a message to say that the activity has been cancelled. This allows the club to see trends in activities and enables us to produce an accurate Activities Report for the AGM.
