It is with great sadness that we have to inform members that Jim Romanowski has passed away.  Jim was an active member of the Ramblers as a bushwalker until 2019.

Jim was walking with The Bush Club on Tuesday 11 February in an area near Pheasants Nest when he fell several metres.  He was attended at the time by his fellow bushwalkers until paramedics arrived but sadly did not survive the fall.

A sympathy card has been sent to Jim’s son David from the Ramblers members, many of whom will remember him well and who will be shocked to hear of his tragic death.
