Given the extreme fire impact in the region this trip is being reviewed. Presently we are still planning to go ahead (13+ people confirmed) to do our part to support the community of Mallacoota. We will do one or two of the planned walks if we can along with some other activities but importantly we will contribute to the local economy.

The biggest problem is about 1000 trees down over the access road, they are clearing about 1km per day with ADF assistance and the road is about 40km long. There is still 9 weeks till the trip so there is time to get it sorted.
