Things have changed dramatically since our Autumn program was prepared.  Following are some suggestions leaders may wish to follow when leading an activity in order to limit spread of COVID-19:

• The sign on sheet may be filled in by one person rather than passed around participants.
• Minimise car sharing or the number of passengers in one car.
• Minimise use of public transport and avoid touching surfaces with hands.
• All participants should follow personal hygiene recommendations and social distancing.

If you are a leading an activity and feel vulnerable consider asking somebody else to lead, or cancel the activity.  If you wish to make any changes, please contact me and I will update the program and notify members if necessary.
