Listing Commercial Trips on the Program

At the last meeting, the committee discussed the fact that members were asking about putting commercial trips in the activities program. It was agreed if anyone was going on a trip and would like other members to join them, the activity could be included in the program as long as no mention is made of the commercial operator. The Program will list the activity with contact person’s name as the leader, individuals will need to do their own bookings.
