Leaders please note the changes
At last week’s committee meeting there was a discussion about cancelled activities. It was decided that the cancellation of an activity, amendment or changes to an activity are to be made on the website by 6:00pm the day before. The information must be advised to Stuart no later than 5:00pm the day before. Members are asked to check the website the night before an activity, especially those activities where registration is not required. Thanks all for your cooperation
