Incident Reports

There have recently been incidents where members have fallen off bikes or hurt themselves on other Ramblers outings. The committee would like to remind everyone that any member involved is able to fill out an incident report.  Information provided in these reports may be used by our group to look at how we do things and to investigate how we can we improve on our guidelines. It may also be used for insurance purposes. The Incident report form can be found on the Forms page on the website.

Ambulance Cover

Following on from an incident that happened while Ramblers were cycling in Victoria, the committee would like to remind members to check their Ambulance Cover. The club’s insurance policy does not provide ambulance cover.  In NSW it is generally covered by Private health funds..  Click here for information relating to NSW residents.

Each state deals with Ambulance Cover differently, and not all health funds provide cover in other states. You need to check your own arrangements in this regard.
