Fri 09 Jan, 2026 Cycle: Stuart Park to Thirroul
This is the second Friday in January. Things are getting serious. All the things you were putting off until the new year, all the gunna do this, gunna do that….now is the time! Paint the kitchen, or clean out the spare room, or lose weight or…. Keep fit.
Well, the Friday ride is here to help. An excellent base-load exercise regime. Get pumped with endorphins as you glide along the edge of the Pacific Ocean then add some caffeine to the cocktail when you reach Thirroul. You will feel SO good, AND you will have started one of your new year’s resolutions; to keep fit. What is there not to like?
Return home mid-morning tired, happy and a touch self-righteous.
